OUGD402 - Interview questions

As a sort of reflective process, we re-did the interview questionnaire that applicants carried out on interview day to see where we are as a graphic designer and individual, and where we are now. I actually had my interview very late through clearing so I didn't fill in the questionnaire on my interview day but it was interesting to fill in nonetheless. We had 30 minutes to fill it in, as we would in the real interview. Here's how it went…

Passionate about it. Fascinated by it and it's pretty much my life. I'd do it regardless if I studied it or not.

Why Leeds College of Art?
Work quality is very high. Prepares people for professional life and fully helps you understand where you stand in the world and to consider and question everything. No corners are cut at all. Rare for a uni.

Your 3 questions:
1. How many opportunities are there over the three years to go above and beyond to get our name out there, rather than just work in isolation in uni?
2. Is there opportunities for placements?
3. How much tutor and course content is there?
